- Presentations of the objectives of the LE
- Presentation of the participants of the LE
- Expectations of the participants to the LE
- Presentation of the French associations and the workshops themes.
Morning: (10.00 AM to 12.30 AM)
4 workshops about the 4 themes of PIA, with a moderator and a reporter
- Toy libraries - EMDH
- School tutoring - CEMEA
- Early childhood - GREF
- Playing child activities – FSGT
Lunch: (12.30 AM to 1.30 PM)
Afternoon: (1.30 PM to 5.30 PM)
1. Presentation of the 4 morning workshops discussions in a general assembly
Remarks and complementary inputs (1.30 PM to 3.00 PM)
2. Workshops on the cross-cutting activities (3.00 PM to 5.00 PM)
- 3 workshops on assessment and capitalization, organization of joint activities; trainings
- Presentation of the discussion of the workshops
Break: (5.30 PM to 7.00 PM)
During the break: writing of the projects and exchanges; writing of the conclusions of the workshops;
Preparation and installation of the official reception.
RECEPTION (7.00 PM)
Official launching of the PIA with the presence of the French consulate, partners, donors, Palestinian public authorities, all Palestinian organizations already involved and newly invited:

Working day for the associations of the Programme

- Installation of the new associations exhibitions/ writing of their projects (8.30 AM to 9.00 AM)
- Welcoming drink
Morning: (9.30 AM to 12.00 AM)
1. Presentation of the PIA and cross-cutting activities (9.30 AM to 10.00 AM)
2. Presentation of the support Fund and discussion (10.00 AM to 11.30 AM)
3. Small presentation of the projects for the afternoon (11.30 AM to 12.00 AM)
Lunch: (12.00 AM to 1.00 PM)
Afternoon: (1.00 PM to 4.30 PM)
1. Concrete work on the projects (1.00 PM to 2.30 PM)
- Working in 4 small groups according to the 4 themes of the PIA on the proposed projects that could be implemented by the support Fund
- Working on the projects regarding the functioning of the support Fund
Break: (2.30 PM to 2.45 PM)
2. Workshops on the cross-cutting activities (2.45 PM to 4.00 PM)
- Working on the themes of the PIA or general ideas on the partnerships, networks and trainings
3. Final evaluation (4.00 PM to 4.30 PM)
