The Support Fund: some details for the submission of the proposals
Paper proposal
- Paper proposals has to be submitted both on paper and electronic version until the 4th of January 2009;
- For the organizations from Gaza,
the paper proposal can be submitted by fax : 295 52 30
- For the French organizations, the proposal must be submitted by the Palestinian partner in the offices in Ramallah.
Language
- All the documents have to be written in English. No proposal will be accepted in French or Arabic ;
- For the official documents from the organization, some documents can be given in arabic (a sum-up in English will be provided) such as :
- Founding documents
- Registration certificate
- Last annual activity report
- Minutes of the last annual general assembly
- Annuel financial statement and certified balance sheet
- Organization chart
- All the documents concerning the project have to be provided in English.
Dates for submission
The paper proposals can be submitted on the following dates :
- 16th to 20th December 2008;
- 28th and 29th of December 2008;
- 2,3,4th of January 2009.
The dead line for submission is : 4the of January 2009, 6PM

Concerning the cross-cutting activities
The aim of question 10 is to answer the following.
Which kind of cross-cutting activities would you imagine for you association to be part in the PIA process? What are the needs of your organization? What would you need from the others? What do you think your project would bring to the others?
